Live life fully while you’re here. Experience everything. Take care of yourself and your friends. Have fun, be crazy, be weird. Go out and screw up! You’re going to anyway, so you might as well enjoy the process. Take the opportunity to learn from your mistakes: find the cause of your problem and eliminate it. Don’t try to be perfect; just be an excellent example of being human. – Anthony Robbins
What great advice! It’s exactly my philosophy of life. There is so much to experience here. I want to do as much as possible. Find all the things that make me feel good. Meet new people. Travel the world. Explore unusual places. Try new things.
I don’t have a problem with making mistakes anymore. I use them as an opportunity to either make adjustments in what I’m doing or just try again. Life isn’t a final exam. You don’t fail if you get some questions wrong.
So, get out of your house. Have experiences. Make mistakes. Enjoy life. Help others. Don’t take things so seriously. Relax. Breathe.

Paul,
I had not heard about the immense depression found in college students. I think it’s easy to fix. We just need to make a slight adjustment in what we think is important. If we can figure out ways to make us happier, then the rest just falls into place like magic.
