What do you do when you feel lost? At one or more times in our lives we feel stuck or lost. It is in this lost feeling place that we have the ability to look within and find that we have been there all along. Our Inner Being is just calling to us a little louder. It’s telling us to wake up and seek all answers from within. These times in our lives seem very difficult but can be the most magical!
When we finally give up our drama and pain that’s when the light turns on and we can see clearly the path that has been right in front of us the whole time. It’s always there smiling and waiting patiently for us to just turn in the direction of it.
Life gives us that nudge letting us know we are going against the brush and not through the clearing. Usually it is so close to us we can not see it with our usuall eyes. The eyes we need our those of the divine.
Sit quietly and breath and breath and breath until you have allowed your breath the time to release the struggling thoughts that are keeping you from stillness. Then slow your breath down and give your mind permision to let you do nothing. Don’t look or ask or expect anything!! Just keep being still. When your mind feels restless breath and let go more. Let your internal dialogue tire and soon you will sense the true feeling of peace and rest.
When we are at rest with ourselves all answers are given and the true path we must take will be revealed.
Set a time 20 minutes to start. Shut off all phone or disturbances.
